Background: Cancer is the biggest cause of mortality globally, with approximately 10 million fatalities expected by 2020, or about one in every six deaths. Breast, lung, colon, rectum, and prostate cancers are most prevalent types cancer. Methods: In this work, fractional modeling presented which describes dynamics cancer treatment mixed therapies (immunotherapy chemotherapy). Mathematical models important to understand dynamical behavior disease. Fractional studied considering immunotherapy chemotherapy control growth at level cell populations. The consist system differential equations (FDEs). term defined Caputo derivative. solved numerically using Adams-Bashforth-Moulton method. Results: For all reasonable range order between β = 0.6 0.9. equilibrium points stability analysis presented. Moreover, positivity boundedness solution proved. Furthermore, a graphical representation cancerous cells, behaviour treatment. Conclusions: At end, curve fitting procedure may help medical practitioners treat patients.
